Refund policy

1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or order number).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sivorindia.com with the following details:
Your order number.
The product(s) you wish to return.
Reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable). Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipment.
2. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, you will be eligible for a full refund of the product price. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions (used, opened, or damaged items), it may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Please provide the following when reporting a damaged or defective product:
Photos of the damaged item(s).
Your order number and details of the damage or defect.
5. Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable, including:
Products marked as final sale or non-refundable.
Opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Shipping and Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change — if you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
To cancel, email us at support@sivorindia.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
For Prepaid Orders:
If the order is cancelled within the allowed window, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled. If the delivery is refused or not accepted, future COD orders may be restricted.
We encourage timely cancellations to help us maintain a smooth customer experience.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered, subject to our return policy.
